CONDITIONS
1.Only individuals listed on bourse application or otherwise officially accredited
to booth wearing booth holder badges shall be permitted behind bourse tables booth. All dealers must be ISNA members.
2. Booth holder badges are not transferable and shall not be loaned or given
to others. Violation of this provision may result in suspension of bourse privileges.
3. At least 75 percent of material
on display shall be numismatic in nature and
may include: U.S., Confederate, Ancients, Foreign, Coins
& Currency, Stamps, Tokens, Medals, Bonds, Coin related Jewelry only and exonumia related material. No modern goods or
collectibles (for example: dolls, beanie babies, NASCAR ,no basketball cards,
football or baseball cards & any other collectible items not related to Numismatics)
are not allowed and may be removed by the bourse chairperson and/or the I.S.N.A.
President.
4. It is understood and agreed that
no refunds of bourse fees will be made after September 1, 2010. Any request for refund must be presented in writing to the Bourse
Chairperson prior to September 1, 2010. You may also
apply your bourse fee to the 2011
show in the event of a cancellation prior to September 1, 2010.
5. No display of any nature can
be placed in such a position as to block a clear view across the entire bourse area. Signs
or banners not provided by
ISNA are prohibited NO SIGNS OR ADVERTISING MATERIAL OF ANY KIND MAY BE AFFIXED TO ANY WALL. A MARRIOTT REQUIREMENT.
6. Booth holder agrees to maintain the booth in the arranged configuration as supplied by ISNA. Booth holder agrees
not to use supplementary tables not supplied by ISNA as part of the standard booth configuration.
7.Bourse chairman may reassign tables not claimed by the deadline date of payment of the bourse fees by designated date set by the bourse chairman. Contracts
state all bourse fees & balances must be paid by October 1 any given year AND
Booths not claimed by 10 A.M. on
Friday may be reassigned with no refund to booth holder.
8. No alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed on the bourse floor at any
given time.
9. No subletting of bourse tables!
10.IMPORTANT: All dealers are required
to have on hand their state registered resale merchants certificate or a copy
of same.
I and all other persons
credentialed to my booth have read and understand these terms and agree to abide by same
